Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders may require additional processing time for:
    • Built-to-order or custom items
    • Supplier-direct shipments
    • High-demand or promotional periods
  • Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Methods

  • Shipping carriers are selected at our discretion based on destination and service efficiency.
  • Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.
  • Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Shipping Responsibility

  • Once an order has been shipped, Fast Lane Automotive is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues.
  • Customers must work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve delivery-related problems.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • Orders returned due to:

    • Refused delivery
    • Failure to receive the package
      may:
    • Incur additional shipping charges
    • Not be eligible for refund

 

Return & Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of automotive performance parts and vehicle-specific components, all sales made through Fast Lane Automotive are final.

No Returns / No Refunds

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including:
    • Incorrect item ordered
    • Change of mind
    • Installation complications
    • Assumed compatibility
    • Buyer error

 

Fitment Responsibility

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to:
    • Verify vehicle compatibility (year, make, model, trim)
    • Confirm product details and specifications before purchase
  • If there is any uncertainty, customers must contact us prior to ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

Claims are only considered if:

  • The product arrives physically damaged, or
  • There is a confirmed manufacturer defect

To submit a claim:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide:
    • Clear photos of packaging and product condition
    • Order number
    • Detailed description of the issue

Failure to report within this timeframe will result in automatic denial.

At our sole discretion, we may:

  • Replace the item
  • Issue store credit
  • Deny the claim if damage is determined to be caused by installation, misuse, or external factors

Installation Disclaimer

  • Many products require professional installation.
  • Improper installation voids any eligibility for replacement or claim consideration.
  • Fast Lane Automotive is not responsible for:
    • Labor costs
    • Installation errors
    • Resulting damage or performance issues

Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is considered a violation of this policy.
  • We reserve the right to:
    • Submit all order records, tracking confirmations, and accepted policy terms as evidence
    • Permanently restrict or ban future purchases

By placing an order with Fast Lane Automotive, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • That all sales are final with no exceptions
