- Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping Methods
- Shipping carriers are selected at our discretion based on destination and service efficiency.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Shipping Responsibility
- Once an order has been shipped, Fast Lane Automotive is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues.
- Customers must work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve delivery-related problems.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Refused delivery
- Failure to receive the package

Return & Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the nature of automotive performance parts and vehicle-specific components, all sales made through Fast Lane Automotive are final.
No Returns / No Refunds
- We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including:
- Incorrect item ordered
- Change of mind
- Installation complications
- Assumed compatibility
- Buyer error
Fitment Responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Verify vehicle compatibility (year, make, model, trim)
- Confirm product details and specifications before purchase
- If there is any uncertainty, customers must contact us prior to ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
Claims are only considered if:
- The product arrives physically damaged, or
- There is a confirmed manufacturer defect
To submit a claim:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Clear photos of packaging and product condition
- Order number
- Detailed description of the issue
Failure to report within this timeframe will result in automatic denial.
At our sole discretion, we may:
- Replace the item
- Issue store credit
- Deny the claim if damage is determined to be caused by installation, misuse, or external factors
Installation Disclaimer
- Many products require professional installation.
- Improper installation voids any eligibility for replacement or claim consideration.
- Fast Lane Automotive is not responsible for:
- Labor costs
- Installation errors
- Resulting damage or performance issues
Chargebacks & Disputes
- Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is considered a violation of this policy.
- We reserve the right to:
- Submit all order records, tracking confirmations, and accepted policy terms as evidence
- Permanently restrict or ban future purchases
